About the Event

The Vedanta Pune study class members are a growing community of individuals drawn by a common interest in self-development and spiritual unfoldment. They come from different walks of life - school going children and college students, professionals and businesspersons, housewives and retirees. In the past few years, Satsanga has become an annual event in the calendar of Vedanta Pune. On this day, members of all study classes across Pune come together to engage with the subject and interact amongst themselves. It is marked by a talk on Vedanta with a question and answer session, followed by general interaction. The Satsanga event usually occurs before the annual Gita Jnana yajna in Pune. This enables the class members to also discuss the plans for organising the upcoming event and volunteer for the various roles required.

The Satsanga event thus serves as a reminder to reaffirm one's commitment to the path of self-development and Self-discovery. It is an occasion to connect with like-minded seekers and work as a community to take this life-saving knowledge to the people of Pune.
